Free Shipping* of Composite (Non-Inflatable Boards)

In stock Composite (non-inflatable) Stand Up Paddle Boards ship via freight carrier/transport truck in Canada noted with Free Shipping*

Free Shipping* applies to most, but not all postal codes within Canada. Some areas are considered "non-direct" points that our carrier does not service directly,  and additional shipping costs may apply.   Other examples included remote locations that our carrier does not service on a regular basis, as well as points that are a substantial distance from our Kingston, Ontario shipping location.

Free shipping generally applies to commercial locations, or for you to pick up at the closest terminal of our freight carrier to your location. Residential delivery costs of $30-$50 may apply in certain locations.

If there is any additional shipping charge, we request your authorisation by e-mail, prior to charging your credit card.

All deliveries are via ground service, Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm. Adult signature is required. Residential deliveries are done by appointment, arranged with our freight carrier. Please Click Here for full details.

An email with your invoice and complete receiving instructions for your review and acceptance will follow after you place your order. If placed between 9:30 and 5PM EST, Monday to Friday that will come within 60 mins of your order. If after hours it will come at the start of the next business day. Orders placed over weekends will receive that by 10:30am EST Monday. Please note this email outlines our complete receiving instructions, and must be replied per the instructions before shipping.

Please note we do not ship to to the Yukon, NWT, or Nunavut due the high cost of shipping to these locations. Composite boards cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

All pricing is in Canadian Dollars, for delivery within  Canada.  For US customers, or customers in Canada wishing for an order to be shipped to the US, please contact us at info@cruisersup.com or visit www.cruisersup.com . All Canadian orders will be shipped from our Canadian location.  Applicable taxes taxes apply - however as we do ship from within Canada, there are no surprise brokerage or duty charges upon delivery

Express shipment options are available at additional cost - however, please contact us at info@cruisersup.com . To give faster options, we will require your postal code as well as what you are wanting to order.

Please note that Canadian orders may first need to be transferred from our US location to Canada before shipping out to you. This may add several days do you order. Please contact us if you have questions regarding transit times. All shipments are via ground service unless upgraded otherwise

Inflatable boards ship by Canpar Ground service with adult signature required at delivery.

Please note we are not able to ship to PO Boxes

Shipping of Paddles and Accessories (excluding board bags)

All Paddle and accessory orders, that are not accompanied by a composite or inflatable board, ship via Canpar Ground and do not require signature

Free shipping on purchases over $399 that ship complete in single box from our warehouse unless otherwise noted (ie board bags excluded).

Board Bags

Board bags receive free shipping only when shipped with a board order.

Due to the larger dimensions size of the shipping boxes containing board bags, $60 applies to board bags shipments.

All board bag ship via Canpar Ground and do not require signature

In the event your order is over $399, and contains a board bag, shipping of $60 still applies. Free shipping only applies to board bags when shipped with a composite board.

Cruiser SUP is not responsible for the fit of board bags purchased for non-Cruiser SUP boards.

 

Ordering and Billing

Your credit card is pre-authorised for the amount of the order you submit on-line. We do not validate the pre-authorisation until you approve your final invoice and receiving terms (sent separately by our Sales and customer service manager). Prior to charging your credit card for any amounts additional to the on-line order total, you will receive an invoice (as opposed to order confirmation) requesting approval of any additional shipping charges. Please contact us before ordering if you require clarification on the free shipping offer.

Returns

All returns of new and unused products in original packing material, must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be accompanied by our return authorisation number (on box and enclosed copy of invoice).  Full Details

Cruiser SUP is not responsible for proper fit of board bags or apparel items.

Shipping to 3rd Party Receiver Locations

If you wish to ship your order to 3rd party location such as a freight receiving service who will receive the shipment on your behalf (ie FedEx or UPS Store) , please note we are not able to offer payment via credit card for orders such as these. We can arrange payment via money wire, account to account transfer, or online Interac.

Excessive Heat Warning

Do not expose your SUP board to excessive heat or sunlight when not in use. Whenever you are not using your SUP board (either during storage or transport to/from the beach) particular care and attention should be made to protect the board from the sun and heat. Excessive exposure to the sun and/or heat can result in the following unavoidable and undesirable consequences to particularly the deck pad which can become :

- Distorted in size and/or quality.
- Unstuck from the board.
- Significant fading of color.

These undesirable consequences are not covered under Warranty as they are due to a user or storage problem, and not related to the manufacturing or material quality of your product.
